The last (five)?) years Mark has given a lot of content for very little money. Once you sign up, Mark calls in almost every week for atleast  60 minutes. That’s great

What improvements have you noticed

 Consistency. Mark talks a little bit less and gives us the space to come up with ideas for the next call. Still he knows what he talks about . HIs big range of  interest on different topics  makes it very accesible to join. The groups of members is of great variety. Everyone has a different angle to look at things and to respond to the differet drills and exercies.

YES. Lots of information. Can be applied in many ways in daily life  Technical aspects of the eyes, but also nutrition, posture, child-rearing, etc
